Pinnacle 2020 Postponed

I ALREADY REGISTERED. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

We suggest you simply transfer your registration to next year’s conference. Those who do will receive a $50 Marriott gift card, usable at any of the hotel’s gift stores, restaurants, spa or golf course. If you take this option, you don’t need to do anything. An updated registration confirmation will be sent to you in October and the gift card will be waiting for you when you check-in. If you are unable to attend in 2021, a full refund is available. CAN I GET A REFUND?

Your registration will be automatically transferred to Pinnacle 2021. If you are unable to attend in 2021, a full refund is available. Please contact Sharon Conroy at [email protected] for details.

WILL NEXT YEAR’S AGENDA BE THE SAME AS 2020?

Our keynote speakers who were scheduled to present in 2020 are looking forward to returning, as are the vast majority of our regular faculty. To make sure our content is fresh and relevant, we’ll be adding and changing where appropriate. The updated program with registration will reopen on October 1, 2020 at Pinnacle-EMS.com

DO I NEED TO CANCEL MY HOTEL ROOM?

In order to ease the hotel reservation process, the JW Marriott will cancel all booked reservations at its property, as well as any charges/holds associated with those reservations. You will receive a cancellation confirmation e-mail from JW Marriott.

 

If you made reservations at a different hotel, you will need to cancel them yourself.

I’M PLANNING TO TRAVEL TO PHOENIX AT THAT TIME ANYWAY. CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNTED HOTEL RATE?

Yes, the special Fitch & Associates Pinnacle rate of $175 per night is still available during the Pinnacle 2020 dates (July 24 – August 1). You will need to make a new reservation online https://book.passkey.com/go/FitchandAssociates2020 and use the corporate code A9427.

WHERE IS PINNACLE BEING HELD?

Pinnacle will once again be held at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona, from August 9-13, 2021. Conference sessions, attendee registration and room blocks will open in October.

CAN I BRING A COMPANION OR MY FAMILY?

Yes. Many busy EMS leaders combine Pinnacle with a family vacation. Guest registration is required for spouses and others not in the industry who wish to attend breakfasts, lunches, receptions and Pinnacle social events, at a nominal fee.

IS PINNACLE AN ASSOCIATION MEETING OR TRADE SHOW?

Neither. Pinnacle is a participatory educational experience for EMS leaders. Unlike typical conferences and chaotic trade shows, Pinnacle invites sponsors and faculty to participate in roundtable discussions with attendees for true collaboration and open dialogue. There are also several opportunities to visit with a select number of sponsors in a low-key, tabletop environment.

WHO ATTENDS PINNACLE?

EMS chiefs, leaders, administrators, medical directors, managers, educators and innovators all attend Pinnacle. They come from systems of all sizes and types, from fire departments and municipal third services to private, not-for-profit and hospital-based organizations. It’s a one-of-a-kind environment, in which competition and politics are set aside in the pursuit of collaboration and solutions to common challenges.

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO RESERVE MY ROOM?

For Pinnacle guests, there’s an exclusive rate beginning at just $180 per night at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort, the site of all main Pinnacle events. We encourage you to secure your room at the time of registration to ensure you will be on site for all Pinnacle activities. The room blocks will be available when attendee registration opens in October.

DOES PINNACLE OFFER CEUS?

Pinnacle does not offer CEUs.
