Tuesday - July 26 - 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
Presenters: Michael J. Levin
It’s been an unprecedented couple of years for EMS leaders, full of challenges and stress as they’ve dealt with the pandemic, vaccination mandates, staffing shortages, cultural upheaval, financial shortfalls and more.
Our keynote speaker joins us to share his personal experience with dealing with anxiety and stress, and his engaging style and positive message will resonate and inspire.
A successful entrepreneur and later a sought-after motivational trainer, author and speaker, Michael Levin endured a potentially career-ending experience with panic and stress that had manifested in a variety of physical ailments that at first seemed unrelated. He takes you through his healing journey (including his personal experience with sweat, which will likely surprise you.)
With a warm, friendly style that engages the audience, he’ll tell you what he learned about our healthcare system, in terms of how it deals with the “hidden” effects of mental health. Come to the session with an open mind and you’ll leave with a better understanding of the mind-body connection.
