REMSA Health relied on its four brand pillars—Care, Innovation, Community and Urgency—to guide its work with improving and expanding regional partnerships. From protocol development and response model changes to patient navigation and the implementation of a public-private partnership, REMSA Health leaders created real-time solutions to improve out-of-hospital healthcare and fire first-response for the residents of Washoe County.
