The mission of the Commission on the Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) is to promote quality patient care through consensus-based industry standards. This session will focus on understanding and applying the new v3.0 standards of accreditation, preparing for and conducting site reviews, proper report writing techniques and ongoing professional growth and development. It meets the requirement that all CAAS site reviewers must attend one of the training sessions offered in 2010. This workshop is complimentary to current CAAS reviewers and to those who have applied to become reviewers.
