PINNACLE POWER SEMINARS

CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR AMBULANCE SERVICE MANAGERS

This is a continuing education session designed for graduates of the Ambulance Service Manager (ASM) program, but open to all. The workshop involves three unique interactive sessions. In the first, Dr. David Nelson will lead a self-awareness and interactive listening skills refresher using real-life challenging situations. In the second block participants will update specific skills by self-selecting multiple professional and personal interest groups led by faculty and graduates. The third block will hone personal development and accountability plans to confirm that your thoughts, words, and actions are aligned with your goals.

David Nelson, DMin, is a coordinator for the ASM program and is legendary for his impact upon the careers of EMS leaders. Jim Marshall, MA, is a certified therapist and serves as the Director of the 911 Training Institute. David and Jim will be assisted by other industry leaders who are alumni of the ASM program.
