    MAIN CONFERENCE

    INVESTING IN YOUR ORGANIZATION’S FUTURE

    VIEW DESCRIPTION

Our tendency in EMS is often to be reactive, paying attention to the urgent but not as important items that fill our “to do” lists.  In this session, we’re asking our participants to be proactive in preparing their organizations for the future, dedicating the time, money and resources needed. The type of investment that services can make come in many shapes and sizes. In these four compelling mini-case presentations, service leaders describe how they successfully invested in their organization’s future and achieved positive results for the community.
